Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the cost for any issues that are our fault.
How to Report a Problem: Should you notice any issues with the products or anything else about the order, please submit a problem report to us on X via @TheAntzNest or by emailing [email protected].
Return Address: By default, the return address is set to our facility. Upon receiving a returned shipment, you will be notified via email. If items are not claimed within 30 days, they will be donated to charity. If our facility isn't used as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Address: If an address provided by you or your customer is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the correct address.
Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that remain unclaimed will be returned to us, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment either to yourself or your customer.
Return Restrictions: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. If customers return such items, they will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Except for customers in Brazil, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns or size exchanges are at our discretion.
